Winston Two-Dimensional Art Scholarships

Eligibility: Scholarship is open to U.S. citizens between the ages of 16 and 22 years of age. Applicant must submit five (5) art works done within the past two years. Scholarship funds are for private study, special training or personal advancement in the applicant’s chosen art field – funds cannot be used for college tuition, housing or travel.
