Eligibility: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors of any Wyoming High School and past graduates of Wyoming High Schools who are studying in the field of aviation. Applicant must have at least a 2.0 GPA. Scholarship is open to students statewide, but preference is given to students of Fremont and Hot Springs Counties.
