Richard Adams is an advocate for educational equity and has worked in student leadership since he was elected Senior Class Treasurer at San Gorgonio High School in San Bernardino, California. As a Co-founder of the DC-based fintech company Pay Your Tuition™ (PYT Funds, Inc.), Richard partnered with long-term friend and mentor Stacie Whisonant to innovate in the finance industry and to offer a solution to the country’s student loan crisis. Richard served for 5 years as the Director of Operations and Student Campaigns before becoming the Chief Executive for over 2 years.

Richard has embarked on founding 3 other small businesses and Richard recently stepped back from official roles at PYT Inc and has entered an MBA Program at the University of North Alabama.

Donations will go directly to help Richard complete his MBA while also running his impact social ventures and foundational work.
