Eligibility: Scholarship is open to students who attend an accredited two or four-year, not-for-profit institution within the United States as a full-time undergraduate or graduate students who are residents of Kauai and maintain a 2.7 GPA. Preference will be given to students who have been in foster care and first generation college students.
