Eligibility: Scholarship is open to U.S. citizens between the ages of 16 and 22 years of age. Applicant must submit a ten-minute vocal performance. Scholarship funds are for private study, special training or personal advancement in the applicants’ future careers. The funds cannot be used for college tuition, housing or travel.
